This document provides a precise first-offer request text to compare market pricing for 4x A100 80GB PCIe.
Scope of this first round:
- Goal is price discovery and commercial pre-qualification.
- No requirement for serial-label photos in this first step.
- Technical proof package is requested in a second step from shortlisted suppliers.

4) Phase-2 validation (after shortlist)¶
After first-round price comparison, request technical package from top 2-3 offers:
- Exact part number and board revision per unit
- VBIOS version
- Burn-in/stability proof
- ECC/Xid status summary
- Written confirmation: native PCIe A100 80GB, no SXM-to-PCIe conversion
